I started my journey as a wellness chef out of necessity to heal myself when I was diagnosed with a chronic illness. Disappointed in the traditional treatment plan I turned to studying holistic nutrition and getting myself in the kitchen everyday. Food truly became my medicine and I decided that I would commit my career to helping people heal in the profound ways I had experienced.

My goal with my cooking is to show people that healthy food can be beautiful and highly nutritious, that healing is possible when we clean up what we nourish ourselves with, and further that these lifestyle changes don’t have to feel like sacrifice and can be sustainable. I aim to empower people to feel in control of their health and wellness journey by creating actionable plans and simplifying the often confusing landscape of diet and supplements.

My career has allowed me to blend into many different roles and scopes of work including working with those who suffer from mental illness, addiction, chronic or autoimmune disease, athletes, as well as those starting from a solid health foundation either looking to grow or just lacking time in their schedule.

My cooking falls under what I describe as “plant forward,” where whole food and vegetable heavy recipes take the forefront with supplementary high quality animal proteins. I aim for mostly gluten free and always refined sugar and inflammatory oil free. Each ingredient I use is chosen for its health properties, making each dish able to provide total cellular nourishment and support an anti-inflammatory state.
